Welcome to 2Kyles, a delightful café nestled in The Plains, Virginia, at 4305 Fauquier Ave Suite C. This charming eatery is not just a place to grab a meal; it's a culinary adventure that captures the essence of local flavors in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

As you step inside, you're enveloped by a relaxed vibe that feels like a hug from an old friend. The friendly staff, led by the charismatic owner Kyle, will greet you with a smile, making you feel right at home. Whether you're here for a quick lunch or a leisurely meal, 2Kyles offers a family-friendly environment with a lovely outdoor space where kids can play while adults unwind.

The menu at 2Kyles is a treasure trove of mouthwatering options, blending creativity with comfort. A standout choice is the Caprese Panini—a heavenly mix of sliced fresh mozzarella, roasted marinated tomatoes, sautéed spinach, and basil pesto, all nestled between perfectly grilled bread for just $13. Veggie lovers will adore the gratifying Eggplant Parmesan Panini, a delightful combination of eggplant, shredded mozzarella, and rich pomodoro sauce.

For those craving something heartier, the Meatball Panini ($14) is packed with savory meatballs, provolone, and pomodoro, while the Roast Beef & Cheddar ($14) features house-roasted beef paired with caramelized onions and horseradish dill cream—a sandwich that dances on the palate.

2Kyles also caters to adventurous eaters with their unique Knuckle Sandwich, which combines roast beef, crispy bacon, and jalapeño jack cheese, creating a symphony of flavors that will leave you wanting more. Customers rave about their experience, with one patron, Diana Patterson, describing the Knuckle Sandwich as a “fresh and light option” that showcased house-made roast beef instead of the typical deli variety.

But it’s not just the sandwiches that steal the show. Dive into the tempting Cheesesteak Cigars, a creative twist on the classic, featuring flavorful steak and cheese egg rolls complemented by a creamy horseradish dipping sauce. Pair your meal with one of their interesting beverages, like the refreshing Vodka Orange Crush ($9), and you have a recipe for an unforgettable dining experience.

Don't just take our word for it—Heather Zappia recalls stumbling upon the café during a trip, captivated by the “chill low vibe atmosphere” and exceptional hospitality. Her visit post a whirlwind day in Washington D.C. turned into an unexpected highlight, showcasing how 2Kyles is not merely a restaurant but a haven for weary travelers and locals alike.

In a world where meals are often just a means to an end, 2Kyles stands out as a place where food is celebrated, relationships are fostered, and sacred moments are made. So, if you're in The Plains, don't miss the chance to visit this gem and savor everything it has to offer. Your taste buds will thank you!

We really enjoyed our meal and time at the restaurant. Fantastic flat breads, salads, sandwiches, and lots of gluten free options. Family friendly and green space for little ones to play. Kyle is a wonderful host, which made for a wonder experience.

Wow! We were so exhausted after a full day at Washington DC! We stopped to get gas and found this amazing town! We found this Gem! They had the best chill low vibe atmosphere with the most friendly people we met Pat and he told us all about the town’s history. The food was delicious the drinks even better! It made us want to leave our busy city life in Raleigh and move Nextdoor!!! We had pizza, king of Queens pastrami and the meatball sandwich. All delicious. Thank you for the most wonderful and welcoming meal we have had in a long time!

Tried it out for lunch for the first time during a drive through The Plains. Tried out the Cheesesteak Cigars, which were these amazing steak and cheese egg rolls with a delicious creamy horseradish dipping sauce. Next, I enjoyed the Knuckle Sandwich, which was made with house made roasted top round instead of deli roast beef, a fresh and light option for lunch. The Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese was the perfect combination of sweet and salty, and the shirt run was extremely tender and flavorful. Lastly, the star of lunch was the sweet potato crust Fig and Pig flatbread (gluten free by the way). The crust had a sweet hint from the sweet potato, and it was pillowy and flavorful. Topped with figs, feta, bacon, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic. Such a perfect combination on an innovative and unique base. The staff was super friendly, and the owner extremely welcoming and kind. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and they offer a happy hour. Make sure to stop by, they're worth the drive!

We truly had the most lovely experience at 2Kyles tonight! My friend and I attended a class in the area and had gotten 2Kyles recommended to us and it didn’t disappoint. From the minute we walked in, we felt so welcome! Kyle and the chef both greeted us, we talked about the specials and the fan favorites and within a few minutes we were enjoying the most delicious short rib sandwiches! Everything is homemade and you can tell how much they care about their food and their customer’s experience. We got to sample some of their eggplant and chickpea soup and admittedly, this is not something I would normally order - but it was incredible! We got some cherry crumble and a chocolate cookie to-go … and we didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before the cookie was gone! You can’t get any better than the good food and good conversation that we had tonight. We are already so excited to go back!

This is such a sweet place with people who clearly love to cook and be adventurous with their menu. I had the chicken salad tacos and I loved the watermelon radishes instead of a taco shell. The flavors were outstanding and the outdoor seating was beautiful. The prices are reasonable and the options are plenty! I fed myself and my kids and got drinks plus a tip for $60. There isn't a road sign on Main Street that I saw, but the GPS gets you there easily. Definitely check it out! We'll be coming back

We got to know about this place from its owner Kyle whom we met at an open house. So we decided to visit the cafe the same day and tried the fig and arugula flat bread and the eggplant chickpea soup. I must say I didn’t expect the soup to look like that. But it was so delicious, rightly flavored for us. The flatbread was soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. Just perfect! We’ll definitely visit again for the pizzas

Stopped in for sandwiches at lunch on our way back from a few days away. Ordered a roast beef and cheddar panini with saute'd onions and horseradish. It was totally delicious. They just happened to forget the cheese. I mentioned it, regardless of the fact that I still loved the sandwich. The server and her colleague were both very sweet and apologetic. They couldn't have been nicer. I would strongly recommend this place, especially if you have someone gluten free in your party. They had a great menu with lots of modifications available, so that you could have a lot of choice. We had a wonderful meal and great service.
